Mr. Ray qualified at Oxford University and Westminster Medical School. He was appointed as a consultant at Kingston, Queen Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals in 2000. He has worked in vascular units at St. Thomas’ and St. George’s Hospitals, London as well as UCLA and Albany Vascular Institution in the U.S.A.
