Consultants - Dr Mark Spring BSc MBBS FRCP
Consultant Endocrinology, Diabetes and General Medicine
I qualified at Guy’s & St Thomas. St Georges & Hammersmith. Appointed as
consultant at Kingston in 1999. I am enthusiastic at dealing with all
problems in diabetes and endocrinology. I continue to practice acute
general medicine and am comfortable dealing with all aspects of this
practice. I am the only physician locally to practice an antenatal
clinic with an interest in obstetric medicine.
Special interests:
- Cardiovascular problems associated with diabetes and
complications
- Thyroid, pituitory, adrenal and calcium/bone disorders
- Medically unexplained symptoms and chronic fatigue issues or
related medical disorders in pregnancy
