Miss Panter trained at Cambridge University and St. Thomas’s Hospital Medical School. She worked in obstetrics and gynaecology in the South Thames region prior to her appointment at Kingston. Miss Panter spent three years in Toronto and did a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine and research for her MD degree.
